We are not going to tell you Pilates is the only way - Even us at Core Club seek out all sorts of movement, We run, we box, we do HIIT, we skate, we surf, we do yoga. Ultimately all movement is good movement, the most important thing is that it excites YOU.
Pilates our choice, and if its yours too come and join the club. if you’re curious - don’t be shy, don’t let preconceived ideas be a barrier- Pilates is for everybody and EVERY-BODY. if you have any sign up nerves - message us! We are here to put your mind at ease and *maybe* create a new ritual.

Firstly welcome! We want to make sure you feel comfortable and work hard to create a welcoming and inclusive studio environment for all abilities. Our signature style of Reformer Pilates focuses on full-body strength training and mobility. Classes are Pilates-inspired with a modern twist, incorporating modern movement science and adhering to current global standards of exercise prescription. If you’re brand new to the studio we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to orient yourself
Feel free to introduce yourself to the instructor and let them know any concerns you may have. You are always welcome to take everything at your own pace and exercises can be modified with ease by our trainers.

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease,
a water bottle, sweat towel and grippy socks are personal preference- they arent a barrier to working out, but we recommend them.

No matter what level you are at our group classes will offer layers and options to suit everybody.
However, we recommend coming in 15 minutes early and letting your instructor know before class to help you get comfortable and ease any first time nerves.

Woo! Congratulations. If you’ve been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our group classes. Our highly trained teachers adhere to the current global standards of prenatal guidelines. All classes can be easily modified to support you, we want you to trust your body and only do what feels right on the day. Let your instructor know you’re pregnant so they can offer modifications.

Our class cancellation window is 6 hours. If you need to cancel class, please do so at least 6 hours before your class to give someone else the chance to take your spot and avoid being charged or losing that class credit. Late cancellations and no shows will forfeit the session and Fees may be charged.
Casual drop in classes: these are non-refundable and the 6 hour cancellation window does not apply.

We want to welcome everyone into the studio, but our class sizes are limited to 6 people to make sure we preserve our intimate approach. Due to this, classes fill up quickly! If your preferred class is full, jump on the waitlist, there is a high chance you will get in! Plus it lets us know where we need to add classes.
If you are on the waitlist the same cancellation windows apply if you are moved off the waitlist and into the class. You will be notified via email and push notification on the App if you get moved off the waitlist and into the class.
Please treat the waitlist system like a booked class. If you can no longer attend the class please remove yourself from the waitlist.
