our classes are pilates-inspired with a modern twist, incorporating modern movement science. We focus on quality movement, building strength, improving mobility and seeing results through progressive reformer training. Suitable for all levels, we work hard to ensure our studio is a welcoming and inclusive environment where we believe pilates is for everybody and EVERY-BODY. We have a good time, work hard but don’t take fitness too seriously.

Our class structure and trainer style provides options for beginner to intermediate and advanced for a challenging yet accommodating class. Pushing you to the point where you feel challenged yet accomplished.

Our entry level class- good place to start. Focusing on fundamental movement patterns and familiarising yourself with the reformer. These classes are open to anyone and everyone. we understand that sometimes its nice to just go back to the basics. They are a perfect place for beginners to start or those who want a slower paced class

These classes are booked as part of a block which runs alongside a school term. aimed at high school students 16-18 years old. these classes set to empower and educate young people on the mind body connection. spaces are limited. enquire now.

Look- we get it- sometimes a group isn’t your thing..or maybe you have a fixed group you want to workout with each time, whether it's a once off or an on-going commitment; Private & Semi Private sessions are for those that prefer a more personable approach to their workout. If you are looking at semi private or group private it is best that you are of a similar level of fitness to get the most out of your session but its not a requirement.
