our classes

our classes are pilates-inspired with a modern twist, incorporating modern movement science. We focus on quality movement, building strength, improving mobility and seeing results through progressive reformer training. Suitable for all levels.

We are not going to tell you Pilates is the only way - Even us at Core Club seek out all sorts of movement, We run, we box, we do HIIT, we skate, we surf,  we do yoga. Ultimately all movement is good movement, the most important thing is that it excites YOU. 

Pilates our choice, and if its yours too come and join the club. if you’re curious - don’t be shy, don’t let preconceived ideas be a barrier- Pilates is for everybody and EVERY-BODY. if you have any sign up nerves - message us! We are here to put your mind at ease and *maybe* create a new ritual.
